Ballards Walk Surgery

We are currently looking to recruit patients of Ballards Walk Surgery to join our Patient Participation Group. 

Patient Participation Groups (PPGs) are generally made up of a group of volunteer patients, the practice manager and possibly one or more of the GPs from a practice. PPGs meet online to discuss the services on offer, and how improvements can be made for the benefit of patients and the practice

If this is something that you are interested in, please discuss this with one of the receptionists at the surgery and we will be happy to take down your details and pass to the Practice Manager. 

Patients of the Gore can contact the surgery on 01268 542 901. To access the new surgery, please use the entrance to the left of the main door, as per the signpost. A prescription box is outside the new surgery entrance, any prescriptions or paperwork can be deposited here.

There is no available parking for patients of the surgery at the George Hurd Centre, and the surrounding area is permit only. If you have to drive, your appointment can be made for Ballards Walk Surgery instead. We recommend you leave an additional 5 minutes prior to get to your appointment if driving.

If you are more than 10 minutes late past your appointment time, then it is the clinicians decision as to whether they see you.
