However, if you have discovered or encountered a problem with the practice or the care provided, we are happy to listen to any comments or complaints as to how we can improve the practice going forward. If you do have a comment or a complaint, please complete one of our forms either online, or by printing off and dropping it off at the surgery reception.
If it is a complaint you wish to make, please ensure the complaint is enclosed within an envelope and addressed to the Practice Manager, to ensure privacy.
Medical matters and official complaints cannot be dealt with via this form. If you have a query regarding a medical matter please telephone reception to make an appointment to see the appropriate person.
